Zone Recognitions

Award of Merit

The Award of Merit is awarded annually to a currently registered Scouter in the Rancho San Luis Rey Zone who renders service of an outstanding nature to youth through Scouting in unit, zone, and other community responsibilities. Awards are presented to the recipients at our   Zone's "The Rey Awards".
